With a background spanning architecture, property advisory and investment strategy, Sohrab brings a well-rounded perspective to property selection and development opportunities. His experience across both the design and investment sides of the property industry allows him to evaluate projects not only from a financial standpoint, but also through a deeper understanding of planning, development potential and long-term value.

Earlier in his career, Sohrab also spent time in academia as a sessional academic at Curtin University, contributing to teaching and research within the built environment and property disciplines. This analytical foundation continues to shape his disciplined, research-led approach to property investment.
